- 2 cups almond flour
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/3 cup wholesome pumpkin seeds
- 1/3 cup either black or white sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup maple syrup (to sweeten the blend)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Lightly roast 2 cups of almond flour on low heat for 6 minutes.
- While the almond flour is warm, mix in 1/2 cup of almond butter.
- Add 1/2 cup of maple syrup and stir to combine.
- Mix in 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds and 1/3 cup black sesame seeds, stirring well.
- Stir the blend thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of these wholesome ingredients.
- Shape the mixture into evenly-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
- Press each ball gently to flatten. You can use a fork (or something similar) to create a pattern.
