  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup wholesome pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup either black or white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup (to sweeten the blend)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  2. Lightly roast 2 cups of almond flour on low heat for 6 minutes.
  3. While the almond flour is warm, mix in 1/2 cup of almond butter.
  4. Add 1/2 cup of maple syrup and stir to combine.
  5. Mix in 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds and 1/3 cup black sesame seeds, stirring well.
  6. Stir the blend thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of these wholesome ingredients.
  7. Shape the mixture into evenly-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
