About Emaan's Kitchen
Hello, friend. So glad you're here.
I'm Emaan, the recipe developer, writer, and photographer behind this blog. I was born and raised in Pakistan, and later I moved to the United States, where I now live in Missouri.
Emaan's Kitchen is my little corner on the Internet where I share the recipes I actually cook at home. Weeknight dinners, gluten-free recipes, salads, cakes, breakfasts, and more. Real food, easy to follow.
I started cooking as a teenager alongside my mom, my older sister, and my grandma. That's the foundation of everything I know. After I moved abroad, I started experimenting with new ingredients and cuisines, and my cooking has kept opening up ever since.

What You'll Find Here
If you like cooking that feels doable and food that actually tastes good, you'll probably feel at home here. A lot of what I share is gluten-free, but really it's just what I cook, and I try to make sure every recipe is worth your time.
Here are a few of my favorites you have to try.
- Peri Peri Chicken
- Chicken Karahi
- Palak Chicken
- Kabuli Pulao
- Newks Chicken Salad
- Mini Croissant Sandwiches
And there's plenty more in the recipe index.
