  • 3/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

For toppings

  • Lettuce (as needed, based on the number of burgers)
  • Tomatoes, thinly sliced (as needed)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce in a small bowl by mixing mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, plain yogurt, black pepper, and salt as per the given quantities.

  3. In a large bowl, mix minced beef with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oyster sauce, and finely chopped onions.

Notes

  • You can also use American cheese or any cheese of your choice for this burger.
  • Using fresh meat will always give the best and juiciest results.
  • The number of patties you’ll get depends on the size you choose to make and the size of your burger buns. I made these medium-sized patties with 1 kg of minced meat.
