For patties
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp salt (or adjust to taste)
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp white pepper
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup butter (for frying)
For sauce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
- 2 pinches black pepper
- 2 pinches salt
For toppings
- Lettuce (as needed, based on the number of burgers)
- Tomatoes, thinly sliced (as needed)
- Fresh cucumber or cucumber pickles, thinly sliced (as needed)
- Onions, thinly sliced (as needed)
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce in a small bowl by mixing mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, plain yogurt, black pepper, and salt as per the given quantities.
- Slice tomatoes, cucumber, and onions into round shapes and set them aside for the burger filling.
- In a large bowl, mix minced beef with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oyster sauce, and finely chopped onions.
- Shape the mixture into patties using your hands or a patty press.
- Heat a pan or grill, add a little butter, and fry the patties until cooked.
- To assemble the burgers, warm burger buns slightly on a grill or pan. Spread sauce on both sides of the bun.
- Layer the lettuce, patty, sliced tomato, onion, and cucumber or pickles.
- Your delicious mini burgers are ready to serve!
Notes
- You can also use American cheese or any cheese of your choice for this burger.
- Using fresh meat will always give the best and juiciest results.
- The number of patties you’ll get depends on the size you choose to make and the size of your burger buns. I made these medium-sized patties with 1 kg of minced meat.
