Delicious Almond Flour Cookies

Description

A simple and wholesome recipe for delicious almond cookies, made with almond flour, maple syrup, and seeds for a nutty, naturally sweet treat!

Ingredients
 

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup wholesome pumpkin seeds
  • 1/3 cup black or white sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Lightly roast 2 cups of almond flour on low heat for 6 minutes.
  • While the almond flour is warm, mix in 1/2 cup of almond butter.
  • Add 1/2 cup of maple syrup and stir to combine.
  • Mix in 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds and 1/3 cup black sesame seeds, stirring well.
  • Stir the blend thoroughly to ensure an even distribution of these wholesome ingredients.
  • Shape the mixture into evenly-sized balls and place them on the baking sheet.
  • Press each ball gently to flatten. You can use a fork (or something similar) to create a pattern.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden.
  • Let the cookies cool for 2 hours.
  • Enjoy these almond treats with a comforting cup of tea or coffee.
