Instructions
Prepare the sauce in a small bowl by mixing mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, plain yogurt, black pepper, and salt as per the given quantities.
Slice tomatoes, cucumber, and onions into round shapes and set them aside for the burger filling.
In a large bowl, mix minced beef with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, white pepper, oyster sauce, and finely chopped onions.
Shape the mixture into patties using your hands or a patty press.
Heat a pan or grill, add a little butter, and fry the patties until cooked.
To assemble the burgers, warm burger buns slightly on a grill or pan. Spread sauce on both sides of the bun.
Layer the lettuce, patty, sliced tomato, onion, and cucumber or pickles.
Your delicious mini burgers are ready to serve!
Notes
You can also use American cheese or any cheese of your choice for this burger.
Using fresh meat will always give the best and juiciest results.
The number of patties you’ll get depends on the size you choose to make and the size of your burger buns. I made these medium-sized patties with 1 kg of minced meat.
